Autonomous Mobile Robots: Helping You Work Smarter

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) can easily be deployed to enhance existing operations, helping automate material transportation in any facility. Our implementation service ensures minimal disruption to our customers’ business processes, allowing them to quickly see the benefits that automation can offer.

To enhance OTTO Motors’ AMRs, we offer bespoke top modules and attachments to suit your specific application. Turn your AMR into a collaborative robot (co-bot) with robotic arms, conveyor top modules or a custom attachment.

The right top or attachment dynamically integrates the AMR into a system to complement existing automation and human operators.

Reduce time operatives spend driving/walking

Reduce pick/place errors

Optimise throughput with intelligent task ordering/route selection

Focus operatives on value-add work

Adapt to fluctuating demand/season peaks

No need to change your working environment

Countless applications

To help businesses manage labour shortages, minimise repetitive and unproductive material handling tasks, scale up, and outperform the competition, we have added the OTTO 100, 750 and 1500 Automated Mobile Robots to our product portfolio. Able to transport a wide range of payloads in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, distribution and production facilities, these AMRs enhance efficiency, minimise handling errors and accidents, and optimise existing operations. Bespoke top modules allow the AMRs to be tailored to your specific application.

Safe and user-friendly

The robust AMRs are capable of performing in tough environments alongside human workers and have clocked up millions of production hours with no safety incidents.

OTTO Motors’ AMRs are quick to deploy and simple to program using OTTO Fleet Manager. In addition, our Noteyfi software translates your commercial language to allow the AMRs to navigate to the correct locations and complete the required tasks in your facility.

Flexible and scalable

Just one or two AMRs/robots can be added to businesses of any size without the need for disruption. We want to make automation accessible to all, supporting SMEs on their digital transformation journeys.

Create an efficient hybrid workforce that can scale up and down in line with demand using Autonomous Mobile Robots. Our automated mobile robots and bespoke automated technology solutions can help manage labour shortages and seasonal peaks effortlessly.

A Range of Autonomous Mobile Robots

Working in partnership with OTTO Motors, we are able to provide AMRs in different sizes to suit business needs. Depending on the materials to be transported and the size of the facility, we may suggest a smaller, nimble AMR, or a larger, stronger robot to support operations. Each AMR can transport material at up to 2.0m/s, with automatic braking and a low centre of gravity to maintain safety. With only a 60-minute charging time, these Autonomous Mobile Robots are capable of running at any time of day or night.

OTTO 100: an industrial-strength AMR for lightweight payloads including boxes, carts and bins. Running for up to 6 hours at a time, the smallest AMR in our range is not to be underestimated.

OTTO 750: at only 35cm high, this AMR can carry loads of up to 1250kg through warehouse and manufacturing facilities for up to 10 hours before charging is required. Perfect for automating pallet transport and reducing forklift use.

OTTO 1500: carries loads up to 1,900kg (4,190 Ibs). This powerhouse of an AMR has a wide, low surface of 183.7 x 128.3cm, making it ideal for supporting palletising workflows and forklift transfer.

Guidance Automation AMRs

Working in partnership with our customers, we don’t just sell a robot.

We analyse our customers’ needs to provide a customised solution that works for them. As well as a number of AMRs, our service contracts can include:

  • Implementation support
  • Ongoing optimisation
  • Tailored training
  • AMR servicing and maintenance

We provide an inclusive and accessible robotics service that is cost-effective and genuinely useful so that our customers can implement automated mobile robots with confidence.

Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) Trial

For SMEs to assess whether Automated Mobile Robots could benefit their facility, Guidance Automation offers a short-term trial that can provide meaningful data. We would love to advise on how AMRs might fit into your current processes, and find out the productivity gains to be achieved.

With a vehicle in your facility, we can replicate the solution and demonstrate how automated material handling with robotics could be implemented in your environment with minimal disruption.

Book a trial with Guidance Automation to receive a free demonstration of our solutions, with the potential for us to leave it with you to test and discover some of the benefits for yourself. Let us help you unlock automation for small and medium-sized businesses.
