Phase 1 – Site Visit & Facility Assessment

Invite us to your site so we can see how you work, in your own environment. During this visit, our automation expert will assess your current processes to determine whether autonomous solutions could bring measurable benefits to your operation.

Phase 2 – Identifying the Right Automation Solution & First Installation

After assessing your facility, we’ll work with you to agree on the most suitable automation setup and plan the first installation. Together, we’ll identify where automation can deliver the greatest impact and outline the expected efficiency gains.

A temporary ‘robot’ worker will then join your team for an initial 4-month period – operating within your environment, demonstrating its value, and optimising performance as part of your daily operations. This gives you real results and confidence before scaling further if desired.

At the end of the initial four-month deployment, we’ll present the results and clearly outline the efficiency gains achieved within your facility.

From this point, your automation continues under our flexible, pay-by-the-hour model, with the option to end the service at any time with just 30 days’ notice. You only pay for the hours your robot works, giving you complete flexibility and cost control.

Based on the results and your long-term goals, we may also suggest ways to increase efficiency – for example, assigning the robot new tasks or adding extra robots to handle higher volumes.
